golden hour

I was blessed this summer/fall with the most amazing light situations. And if you're a photographer..you know what I mean. That pure liquid gold that only comes around 10pm in the heat of summer up here and in the winter I schedule for 3:30pm to get that light. North Pole life:) I've been nervous for an upcoming wedding because we literally have about five and a half decent hours of light per day here right now. F/Stop 1.8...you are my best friend:)

So, this family is lovely...and the parents are Hilarious with  a capital Hilar! Sarcastic remarks are my favorite thing in the world and this dad had about 100 of them...and call me mean, but sarcastic remarks about kids are ten times more funny:) They drove an hour to come get their pictures taken and the kids had fallen asleep on the Sunday afternoon drive and they were not thrilled with the lady with the black box attached to her face. (insert 100 sarcastic hilarious remarks:) 

Yup...pure liquid gold:)
